The Role

We are looking for a Chief Technology Officer to join our group and be responsible for overseeing the technical development of our global platform.

You will also be part of Immfly’s management team, supporting the company’s leadership and the business unit Managing Directors

What your day-to-day will look like 

As a CTO, you will have oversight of our technical teams across business units, ensuring that we are making the right technology decisions:

• Ensure seamless operations of our both our software and hardware solutions
• Develop and implement IT architecture strategies to accommodate current and future organizational needs
• Provide guidance to business units on the design, architecture, and development of our applications and ongoing improvements
• Improve the scalability of our platform 
• Support with the recruitment of technical talent
• Report directly to the President and be part of the management team

Technically

• A strong, natural leader with 5+ years of experience leading technical teams and 10+ years’ experience as a software or sysops engineer 
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or relevant field; MSc/MBA is a plus
• Excellent communication skills, fluent in English (oral / written). Spanish is a plus
• Expertise in agile product development
• Diverse technical background with a good sense of where technology is heading
• Good understanding of software architecture, performance, HA, and distributed systems 
• Expertise in our stack: (Python, Nodejs, React, React Native, Django, Redis, Typescript, ES6, Postgresql, Elasticsearch, Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, Grafana
